Jane Hutchins appointed chair of new ARU Business Advisory Board




The director of Cambridge Science Park, Jane Hutchins, has been appointed as chair of the new Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) Business Advisory Board.

Appointed as director of Cambridge Science Park in 2022, Jane Hutchins is also the current chair of the Cambridge Forum for Place, established by CUHP and the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority.

Jane said: “The Business Advisory Board plays a key role in identifying the enduring skills that will enable students to develop sustainable careers in a rapidly changing workplace.

“By bringing together representatives from a truly diverse range of businesses, to identify and articulate employers’ current and future needs, ARU is enabling students to benefit from specialist education beyond the curriculum.

“The board will also actively help promote research initiatives, fostering innovation within the university. By staying abreast of industry trends, it ensures that Anglia Ruskin remains at the forefront of education and equips students with cutting-edge knowledge.”
