Three support staff - financial controller Tim Burrows, digital marketing manager Vicki Clover and senior HR adviser Claire Hughes - were promoted, along with Cambridge-based solicitors Jack Burroughs, from lifetime planning, Sophie McCadney, from commercial property, and Phoebe Osborne, from personal injury, and Bury St Edmunds-based solicitor Amy Hutchinson.

The seven completed Ashtons’ ‘Becoming an effective leader’ programme.

Ashtons CEO Edward O’Rourke says: “I would like to congratulate all our new Associates on this achievement, which is richly deserved. It is always rewarding to be able to promote talented team members from within the firm both those in our client facing teams and those from within our support teams who also contribute to our success.

“These appointments demonstrate the commitment we have to investing in the professional development of our staff.”

The firm now has 39 associates and 34 partners.
