Domino Printing makes two key appointments as it focuses on customer service
Domino Printing has appointed Marianne Wright as customer experience director and Eddie Storan as head of global services.
Marianne previously ran her own consultancy business, advising blue-chip organisations and holding board level positions in customer experience and customer service across a number of sectors.
Eddie has more than 25 years’ experience in senior technical service positions in technology capital equipment manufacturers.
The Bar Hill-based printing company has seen its Net Promoter Score rise in the last year following investment in its customer service teams, process reviews and technologies for service engineers. The score measures customer willingness to recommend a company’s products or services to others.
It has invested in the global implementation of customer experience tools such as salesforce.com, Oracle’s ERP suite and ServiceMax, the cloud-based field service management solution.
