Get a taste of Hinxton Hall Conference Centre at open afternoon
An open afternoon at Hinxton Hall Conference Centre will show off its top-class event and meeting spaces.
Being held on Tuesday, December 12 from 1-3pm, it is designed for everyone from professional event and conference organisers to those looking for a one-off meeting venue or large parties.
The centre, in the grounds of the world-renowned Wellcome Genome Campus, features some stunning contemporary architecture and heritage features.
There are nine flexible meeting rooms – accommodating groups of up to 290 people, including a tiered auditorium – and an attractive event space, extensive modern accommodation, and a food and drink offer promising both quality and sustainability.
At the open event, the team will offer tours and the chance to meet some of their partners and regular suppliers, while enjoying some festive refreshments. Representatives from the audiovisual and catering partners, as well as regular team building, event photography, marquee hire and coach hire providers will be on hand.
Amy Sullivan, conference and events organiser at Hinxton Hall, said: “Some of these will be giving tasters of the services they provide, such as event-branded photo booths, or quick activities that will give you a flavour of a team-building event, within a brand new, inflatable version of ‘The Cube’!
“This will be a relaxed event, and an excellent opportunity to discover a hidden gem of a venue, located 10 miles outside of Cambridge.”
The open event is free to attend but you need to register, along with any guests, by Find out more about the venue at hinxtonhall.org and send any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
