LIVE: Watch the Cambridge Independent Science and Technology Awards 2024
The winners of the Cambridge Independent Science and Technology Awards are being revealed tonight (16 May) - and you can watch the livestream here.
Held at Hinxton Hall Conference Centre, on the Wellcome Genome Campus, the awards begin at 7pm and are due to run until around 8.30pm. Winners in 16 categories will be revealed, including the In Search of Wonder Lifetime Achievement Award winner. Look out for a showcase of the finest in Cambridge science and technology, hosted by Cambridge Independent editor Paul Brackley. The shortlist can be found below.
The annual awards, being held for the seventh time, attracted a record number of entries across sectors from AI to medtech, biotech to cleantech, and there are also categories for individuals - Researcher of the Year and CEO of the Year.
