Luminance moves into top floor at Fora’s Station Road site
Luminance, the pioneer in legal-grade AI, has taken the top floor office space at Fora on Station Road.
The rapidly growing Cambridge-born AI company has established its tech home in the building, moving more than 100 people to the premium Cambridge tech hub.
A spokesperson said that “Luminance signing on at 20 Station Road reflects the appeal of Fora’s flexible workspaces and underscores the company’s commitment to Cambridge as a hub for tech and AI innovation”.

Luminance joins Oracle, SiFive, Simmons & Simmons and KPMG, among others at the building , which includes a wraparound balcony with panoramic views of the city, high-quality flexible workspace and opportunities to scale.
Luminance’s end-to-end AI platform enhances every touchpoint a business has with its contracts, from generation to negotiation and post-execution analysis.
The company, which closed a $40million Series B funding round in April 2024, works with more than 700 organisations in 70 countries.
