Man in his 20s dies following collision in Cambridgeshire
A man in his 20s has died following a collision in Cambridgeshire.
Emergency services were called to Tholomose Drove, near Wisbech St Mary, at about 4pm on Friday (19 July), with reports of a collision involving a grey BMW 530 and a white Kia Cee’d.
The BMW driver, a man in his 20s, was declared dead at the scene and a passenger in the BMW was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the Kia was also taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police have appealed for witnesses to the collision or anyone who saw the vehicles in the moments leading up to the incident. They would also like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time with dashcam footage.

Meanwhile, police have also appealed for witnesses following a crash near Glatton.
They were called at about 1.15pm on Sunday (21 July) to the B660 where a black Triumph motorbike and a blue Hyundai Tucson had collided.
The rider of the motorbike, a 47-year-old man from Milton Keynes, was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Two people in the Hyundai were treated for minor injuries.
Sgt Stephanie Corletto said: “We are particularly keen to hear from the driver of a tractor who was towing hay bales in the area at the time of the collision.”
