The annual CIPR PRide awards dinner was held at the Guildhall last week – and Stapleford-based Mobas left the evening with two wins under its belt.

The PRide Awards recognise and reward the inspirational work of leading public relations and social media teams and agencies across nine UK regions.

The brand transformation agency, whose staff of 30 include designers, writers, art directors, coders, PR specialists and campaign planners, was presented with gold awards by BBC journalist, presenter and reporter Holly Hamilton. The Guildhall wins were for its construction white paper campaign with leading aluminium systems provider Reynaers, and best use of social media with family-owned motor dealer group Vindis “Driven to excite” campaign.

Amanda Bunn, head of PR at Mobas, said: “The judges applauded Mobas’ work for the innovative content that we have produced.

“The fantastic results in increasing brand awareness speak for themselves, with 300 new prospects downloading the resource and 80 per cent rise in website traffic for Reynaers. Vindis’ social media channels have now reached an impressive 4,024,906 impressions and 34,227 engagements.

“We’re enormously proud to have won gold for our work with two of our fantastic clients and it’s wonderful to see the team’s accomplishments identified by the judges.”

The event was sponsored by research, data and insight firm Kantar.
