Paul Bentham to replace Rhoda Joseph as manager of Grand Arcade in Cambridge




The Grand Arcade will have a new manager from January.

Rhoda Joseph has left the role at the Cambridge shopping centre, and will be replaced by Paul Bentham, who has been working as regional facilities manager at Cushman & Wakefield, the commercial property and real estate consultants, in Wilby, Northamptonshire.

Rhoda is taking up a role at The Square, in Camberley, Surrey, following just over two years at the Grand Arcade.

She told the Cambridge Independent: “I am really proud to have been a part of the Cambridge experience.”

Rhoda arrived at the Grand Arcade in 2017, having spent time in the West Midlands, worked at the Westgate shopping centre in Oxford, enjoyed a secondment at the Union Station mall in Washington DC, and then had spells in Fareham and Portsmouth.

She said she “fell in love” with the Grand Arcade, and managed it through its 10th anniversary year
