Rhoda Joseph has left the role at the Cambridge shopping centre, and will be replaced by Paul Bentham, who has been working as regional facilities manager at Cushman & Wakefield, the commercial property and real estate consultants, in Wilby, Northamptonshire.

Rhoda is taking up a role at The Square, in Camberley, Surrey, following just over two years at the Grand Arcade.
