The upcoming PechaKucha Cambridge event on Zoom – the second hosted by Chris Loughlan – features a wide range of speakers including archaeologist Kasia Gdaniec, Anne Beamish (founder of Indie Cambridge), designer Deanna Tyson, author Emily Scialom and Pam Wesson, founder of Fantasia shop in Mill Road.

Each has 20 images with 20 seconds of talk per slide, plus an additional six minutes for their presentation.

“I am biased but feedback from the first event was very positive,” says Chris, researcher, author and entrepreneur. “Presenters all new to PechaKucha loved the experience. My job as host city organiser is quite straightforward really: tomake the event, relaxed, informative and fun.

“We are continuing on the theme from last month of ‘All Together Now’ - but as you will see from the poster, designed by Anne-Marie Miller of Carbon Orange, we have a burst of spring!”

The event takes place at 7pm on May 28. Details here.
