Plextek advances on defence and manhole explosions

It’sa good time for Plextek, the Great Chesterford-based engineering and design consultancy, which has launched a new defence business unit for government and military organisations – and has developed an IoT-based system to prevent manhole explosions.

The new defence unit, Plextek DTS (Defence Technology Solutions), will “help government agencies, defence suppliers and military stakeholders find new exploitation paths to support UK forces”.
