St John’s Innovation Centre in Cambridge to host webinar on international talent

KPMG UK and Enterprise Europe Network will share its expertise at a webinar entitled International Talent: How to Retain, Recruit & Motivate Your Overseas Hires on Thursday November 19.

Speakers from both organisations will discuss retaining, recruiting and motivating international talent during the Brexit transition period.

The session, from 10.30-11am, will bring a mix of experience in reward arrangements for global talent, equity incentive arrangements and ‘IP to IPO’ knowledge.

It will also provide an overview of the post-Brexit recruitment world for SMEs and delve into employee rewards.

Speakers at St John’s Innovation Centre will include Liz Hunter, director, equity reward at KPMG UK, and George Wallace, assistant manager at KPMG UK.
