Stage is set for the Cambridge Independent Business Awards 2025

The winners of the Cambridge Independent Business Awards 2025 will be revealed at a gala dinner at King’s College tonight (Thursday, 25 September).

Outstanding achievements across all sectors in the region will be celebrated, with 14 categories featured. Among them will be a Lifetime Achievement Award winner, who will be revealed on the night and speak to the capacity audience in the stunning Great Hall.

There are three Business of the Year awards – covering small, medium and large businesses – along with awards for companies at different stages, including start-up and scale-up.

We will also celebrate great employers, environmental achievements, innovation and collaboration at our second annual awards, which feature Barr Ellison Law once again as headline sponsor.

The black tie awards night, which will be hosted by editor Paul Brackley, will begin with a networking reception, sponsored by HSBC.

Kelly Peck, managing partner at Barr Ellison Law, will address the audience, who will also hear from the mayor of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, Paul Bristow. The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority is sponsoring Scale-up of the Year.

Paul said: “We are looking forward to revealing the winners of our second annual Business Awards following an exceptionally strong set of entries. Good luck everyone.”
