The Cambridge Building Society appoints University of Cambridge computer scientist Dr Andrew Rice to board

Dr Andrew Rice has been appointed as a non-executive director of The Cambridge Building Society.

Working in the Department for Computer Science and Technology at the University of Cambridge, he brings extensive experience in professional software development and privacy, and is a visiting scientist at Google.

He said: “I am thrilled to join the board at The Cambridge. It’s great to have the opportunity to bring my knowledge and experience to a society that is taking strides to remain modern and forward looking.

“I’m looking forward to learning about how the society operates and supporting The Cambridge to achieve its goals through my role on the board.”
