15-year-old from Cambridge due in court charged with possession of knife and intent to supply crack cocaine




A 15-year-old from Cambridge has been charged with weapon and drug offences and is due to appear in court today (Wednesday).

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested in Hawkins Road by the local neighbourhood policing team at about 12.15pm on Tuesday.

He was subsequently charged with being in possession of a knife in a public place, possession with intent to supply crack cocaine, possession of cannabis and assaulting an emergency worker by beating, namely kicking a police officer.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today.
