19-year-old charged with attempted murder following stabbing in Cambridge




A 19-year-old has been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing in Cambridge.

Ibrahim Hazell, from Desmond Avenue in Cambridge, is due to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court this morning (Monday, 8 April), after being taken into custody at Parkside Police Station.

Police were called at about 2.30am on Friday (5 April) after a man in his 40s was stabbed outside the BP garage in Cherry Hinton Road, Cambridge. He was left in a critical condition in hospital.
