20-year-old dies after collision between lorry and two cars on A428 in Cambridgeshire

A 20-year-old man has died following a collision on the A428 between a lorry and two cars today (Friday, November 17).

Police received reports of the collision at Croxton – between Eltisley and St Neots - at 6.40am.

Officers and paramedics attended, but the driver of one of the cars was pronounced dead at the scene.

The road is expected to remain closed for some time while recovery takes place.

Det Con Fay Millen said: “A man has tragically lost his life in this collision and my thoughts are with his family and friends at this very difficult time.

“I am appealing to anyone who may have seen the collision, or either vehicle prior to it, to please get in touch.”
