A-level results day 2022: The Perse School

A total of 185 students at The Perse School in Cambridge secured a total of 603 A-level and Pre U grades with 82.4 per cent being graded at A*-A (or Pre U equivalent).

More than two thirds of the year group - 131 students - achieved three or more A*-A grades (or Pre U equivalent).

Head Ed Elliott said: “I would like to congratulate all of our Upper Sixth students on overcoming the challenges of a Covid-disrupted education to achieve some excellent grades.

“The students and their teachers have shown great resilience and determination to keep learning, teaching and succeeding in difficult circumstances.

“They should be very proud of what has been achieved and I’m delighted that so many students are now able to progress to university and can now look forward to the next stage of their lives.”
