Arthur Rank reopens Regent Street shop after refurbishment
A ceremonial ribbon-cutting by Cllr Jenny Gawthrope Wood, the mayor of Cambridge, took place on Tuesday (October 31) as the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity reopened its Regent Street charity shop following a major refurbishment.
The boutique store now has a freshly-painted exterior and boasts a collection of pre-loved items.
The stock, generously donated by the community, will raise vital funds for adult hospice care which is accessed by about 3,600 people annually.
The charity provides services for people across the county living with an advanced serious illness or other life-limiting condition.
