Burglars steal thousands of pounds after breaking into Bourn Post Office
Burglars left with thousands of pounds in cash after targeting a Post Office in Bourn in the early hours of this morning (Friday, 13 June).
The intruders used tools to break into the Post Office in Short Street at about 2.30am, before leaving in a dark blue Audi.
Officers attended and carried out searches.
At about 4amm they located a vehicle matching the description of the Audi and it failed to stop for officers in the Ramsey area.
An investigation is ongoing, with no arrests made yet.
