A bus has left the guided busway and crashed into a building near Cambridge Station.

Emergency services were called to the scene near Clifton Way shortly before 4pm.

The driver of the bus suffered minor injuries but no one else is thought to be injured.

A tweet by bus operator Whippet said: “We’ve had an accident on the busway, thankfully no major injuries - working hard with the authorities - sorry for the delays this will cause.”
