A driver who died in a three-vehicle crash in Fulbourn has been described by her daughter as the “most beautiful woman, inside and out”.

She was driving a black Renault Clio when it was involved in the crash with a grey Peugeot 308 and a black Volvo XC40 on Cambridge Road at about 11.29am.

The male driver of the Peugeot suffered minor injuries and the female passenger suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries. They were taken to Addenbrookes' Hospital in Cambridge.

The Volvo ended up on its roof.

Katherine’s daughter, Charlotte, said: “She was the most beautiful woman, inside and out. Words cannot express how different my life will be without my wonderful, supportive mummy here by my side, but I know she’ll always be there in some way. Her amazing and witty personality will be truly missed by every one of us.”
