Traffic delays at A14 Junction 35 and Newmarket Road in Cambridge after accident




Police are warning motorists to avoid Stow Cum Quy, A 1303 Newmarket Road in Cambridge and Junction 35 of the A14 following an accident this morning, Wednesday October 13.

Cambridgeshire police said at 8.13 am on Twitter today: "#A1303 #NewmarketRoad is blocked near to the junction for the #A14 Stow Cum Quy towards Cambridge after an accident. Please avoid the area."

There is no news yet of whether anyone has been injured in the incident.

Other routes into the city are also slow this morning, including the A603 Barton Road.

Buses are also affected with the 11 and 12 services unable to run due to long traffic delays.
