They want to be county’s first mayor – here’s why you should vote for them in their own words.

On May 4, people across the county will vote for the first mayor of the new Combined Authority for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

A historic vote, the mayor will have overarching powers that will help shape the future of the region and will work closely with local authorities while representing the area in discussion with the Government.

The candidates for all the major parties in the mayoral election are now confirmed.
