Cambridgeshire driver among five killed in M6 crash
A driver from Cambridgeshire is one of five people, including two children, to have been killed in a crash on the M6.
The collision happened on the M6 northbound carriageway, past Tebay services, on Tuesday (15 October) at 4.40pm.
A man, woman and two children from Glasgow travelling in a Toyota were pronounced dead at the scene, alongside the driver of a Skoda, who was from Cambridgeshire, Cumbria Police said.
A third child, who was in the Toyota, was taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle by air ambulance with serious injuries.
