CCTV appeal after upskirting incident at Arthur Rank Hospice charity shop




A CCTV image has been released of man police would like to speak to in connection with an upskirting incident in Cambridge.

A camera was seen in a bag with the lens pointing up under the door of the changing rooms of the Arthur Rank Hospice charity shop in Regent Street at about 12.15pm on Monday (September 11).

The man police would like to speak to is described as being between 40 and 50, bald and wearing glasses.
