77-year-old with advanced dementia who went missing in Cambridge is found safe and well




Police have confirmed that a 77-year-old woman with advanced dementia who went missing from Cambridge has been found safe and well.

The force appealed for the public’s help in finding the woman, who was last seen leaving her home in the city at about 7.45am today (Monday, 15 January).

There was growing concern for the woman, who speaks little English, had no access to money and is believed to have left the house without winter clothing.

However, in an update, police confirmed the woman had been found safe and well late on Monday afternoon, and thanked the public for their help with the appeal.
