The final five four-bedroom houses are ready to move into now and offer a high specification throughout, as well as thoughtfully designed layouts.

With a collection of different styles and layouts available, potential purchasers will have the chance to tour a range of properties.

There will also be an opportunity to learn about the exclusive incentives and various schemes on offer, including SmoothMove, part exchange and the government-backed help to buy: equity loan.

Annette Cole, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson Eastern, said: “Whether you are a first-time buyer, second-stepper or downsizer, buying a new home is a significant milestone in a person’s life and one which can often feel like daunting process.

"Our property showcase event on Saturday will allow potential purchasers to ask any questions they might have and find out more about the schemes and incentives we offer.”

Halo is a contemporary collection of homes that form part of the wider Great Kneighton development.

Ideally situated just off Long Road and within easy reach of the M11, the homes are close to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, and Cambridge city centre.

Prices start from £800,000 for a four-bedroom house. To find out more, visit crestnicholson.com/halo.
