Dachshund Millie rescued by firefighters from wine rack in Waterbeach
Firefighters are used to rescuing animals, but this one must count as a first.
Intrepid Dachshund Millie had managed to get her head stuck in a wine rack.
The south roaming fire engine was despatched to deal with the stricken pooch in Jubilee Close, Waterbeach, at 5.03pm on Monday (August 2).
They used cutters to release her from the rack - and into the arms of her grateful owners.
The crews left the incident shortly after 5.30pm, leaving the owners ready to toast her freedom.
