Developer Hill launches collection of new homes in Foxton
Hill unveiled the new development of 22 homes last weekend.
Last Sunday (January 19), Housebuilder Hill launched Burlington Place in Foxton, a small village in South Cambridgeshire, close to the railway station that has direct links to Cambridge, London and Stevenage.
The scheme includes 22 two, three and four-bedroom homes inspired by the historic buildings in the village, featuring touches of character such as traditional-style windows, chimneys and pitched porches.
Each of the homes within the collection benefit from an open-plan kitchen and dining rooms, with separate living rooms - as well as en-suites to the master bedroom. The three and four-bedroom homes also have private garages.
As well as being located within easy reach of the station, the homes are near a primary school, a post office and public house – offering the very best of English village living.
Two bedroom homes start from £399,950 and are available with Help to Buy. Contact Bidwells for more information on 01223 841842.
