electronRx works with PHA Europe to improve quality of life for pulmonary hypertension patients
Cambridge-based electronRx has joined forces with PHA Europe to enhance life quality for pulmonary hypertension patients.
PHA Europe has 37 members in 32 countries, with a common vision of improving the quality of life of patients living with pulmonary hypertension and finding a cure for the disease.
The collaboration builds on electronRx’s mission to transform the lives of people living with breathing conditions like pulmonary hypertension (PH), supporting them to make informed decisions.
Funds raised by electronRx will boost PHA Europe’s five main areas for action: improving access to expert care, improving awareness and screening, encouraging clinical research and innovation, empowering patient groups and ensuring availability of psychosocial support.
Dr Bipin Patel, CEO of electronRx, said: "We are honoured to partner with PHA Europe and help improve the quality of life of patients living with PH. At electronRx, we are committed to helping people breathe with our simple innovative technology.
“Supporting those affected by breathing conditions such as PH is critical to us, our focus is on the people we’re helping. Behind every line of code and every task is a person who deserves better health and a better quality of life. Supporting associations like PHA Europe is a reflection of our values and dedication at electronRx, enabling us to make a real difference to millions of peoples lives."
Gerald Fischer, CEO of PHA Europe, added: "The generous support from electronRx enhances our mission. Together, we can provide a better quality of life and find a cure for PH. We are grateful for their commitment and look forward to a fruitful partnership."
