Firefighters tackle blaze at Milton factory

A fire broke out early this morning (February 13) at a circuit factory in Milton.
Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service was called at 7.21am after the inside of a machine at Cambridge Circuit Company, in Winship Road, caught fire.
Some employees were evacuated and others prevented from entering.
The blaze was brought under control though smoke spread across the immediate area and the road was partially blocked.
Cambridge Circuit Company Ltd is a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer with 30 years of experience.
The company works closely with some of the leading technology companies in the electronics industry, in areas as diverse as aerospace and agriculture.
