Fit-out begins at new Everyman cinema in Cambridge’s Grand Arcade

The shell of the new Everyman Cinema complex in Cambridge’s Grand Arcade has been handed over to Everyman to start the fit-out of the new cinema.

Everyman is due to open its 46th venue in Cambridge this autumn, and the space will consist of five screens, all fitted with velvet sofas and armchairs.

There will also be a bar and a selection of food, including pizzas, small plates and burgers, all available to be ordered and served directly to your seat.

Julie Kervadec, Grand Arcade’s marketing manager, said: “We had our own contractors preparing the space for them [Everyman] and it’s now officially in their hands.”

Everyman Cambridge will also be available for private screenings and cinema hire.
