In her previous incarnation, Sophie Schofield sold homes to the rich and famous in and around Surrey, before joining Whittlesford High Street-based Enterprise Property Group Ltd in March 2016.

She also spent three years in Dubai recruiting estate agents.

Her duties as sales and marketing manager include appointing estate agents, choosing property specifications, handling development budgets, liaising with construction staff and ultimately seeing the sales through to their conclusion.

There are no plans to expand Glebe Close beyond the five homes.
