Grand Arcade car park reopens after police incident

The Grand Arcade car park in Cambridge has reopened after a police incident this morning (Thursday, February 22).

The car park was closed for more than an hour while police dealt with the incident.

Corn Exchange Street was also closed between Downing Street and Wheeler Street and has since reopened.
