Heathlands House Harvest Festival is community affair

Care UK’s Heathlands House on Bullen Close in Cambridge welcomed the community last Thursday (17 October) for its harvest festival activities.

The home hosted a crafting workshop inspired by harvest season. Then a service was held celebrating the spirit of community, giving back and togetherness.

Heathlands House has also made a food bank donation to St Andrew’s Church in Cherry Hinton.

Razvan Stanbeca, home manager at Heathlands House, said: “We are so pleased to have welcomed our community to Heathlands House as we celebrated harvest festival.

“It was wonderful to see the residents spend time with visitors, particularly during the creative workshop, which was a lot of fun for all involved.”
