Taylor Wimpey welcomes the New Year with new and exclusive deals
Housebuilding company Taylor Wimpey East Anglia to hold an incentive weekend across selected developments this Saturday and Sunday (January 12 and 13).
Taylor Wimpey East Anglia is helping to make it easier for house hunters hoping to move to the region by announcing that it will be holding the special weekend on selected plots at nine of its developments located in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk.
These will include Darwin Grange and Charlotte Grove at Cambourne, Varsity Grange in Northstowe, Castle Keep in Framlingham, Tharston Meadow in Tharston, Broadgate Park in Sprowston, Hampden View in Costessey, Heather Gardens in Hethersett, Lark Grange in Bury St Edmunds and Kingsbrook Place in Elmswell.
This weekend, the company will be offering prospective purchasers a choice between stamp duty paid, part exchange or a £10,000 cash discount alongside either an upgraded kitchen, flooring package or wardrobe package.
At the event, buyers will also get the chance to speak with Taylor Wimpey sales executives who will be able to find and explain the best offers available for them. These offers are open to anyone, but will only be available during this exclusive incentive weekend.
