Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen cuts the ribbon at Strawberry Fields development in Stapleford
Rangeford Villages’ Strawberry Fields development for the over-60s was officially opened when Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen cut the ribbon.
The interior designer and TV personality is Rangeford’s design curator and he was in Stapleford along with owners, prospective buyers, the local community and representatives from Rangeford Villages on Friday, 17 October.
The event showcased Strawberry Fields’ high-specification homes and amenities including the Revive Spa and Wild and Thyme restaurant and bar.
Howard Nankivell, CEO at Rangeford Villages, said: “Today marks a very important milestone for Strawberry Fields, this village is going to be something very special.
“Having the opportunity to bring owners, reservists, prospective buyers and the local community together perfectly represents how the village is going to be seamlessly integrated within the Stapleford community.
“The feedback following the tours of the show apartments, Revive Spa, Wild and Thyme restaurant and other facilities has been fantastic. Laurence being here to mark the occasion makes it even more spectacular.
“Our first owners have already moved in and sales enquiries continue to build, we’d encourage those interested to arrange a visit to find out about the extensive range of properties, amenities and services available at this stunning contemporary community.”
Strawberry Fields has 147 contemporary one, two and three-bedroom apartments set in landscaped gardens with terraces, croquet lawns, and boules courts.
