Lion & Lamb pub in Milton to reopen
The Lion & Lamb pub in Milton is set to reopen next month under new management.
DSH Hospitality says the pub will “redefine the local scene” with its “unique fusion of Indian, Nepalese, Japanese, pan-Asian” cuisine alongside “traditional British delicacies”.
They say the pub’s focus will be on creating the perfect gathering place for everyone.
“Whether you’re a freelancer seeking a comfortable spot to work, a cyclist or motorist stopping by, a vegan in need of dietary accommodations or a dog owner looking for a welcoming space, the Lion & Lamb has you covered,” a statement from DSH Hospitality explains.
“We’re excited to breathe new life into the Lion & Lamb,” the statement continued.
“This pub has a history in the community, and we aim to honour that while bringing a vibrant culinary experience.
“This will be more than a pub for the Milton community. The diners can expect a welcoming space to relax, connect, and enjoy exceptional food and drinks.”
The Lion & Lamb closed in June but at the time Stonegate Pub Partners said it was looking for a new publican. It is due to reopen in early October, but a specific date has yet to be announced.
