Lorry driver who died when vehicle crashed into trees near Red Lodge is named




A lorry driver who died following after his vehicle crashed into trees on the B1085 on Monday (July 26) has been named.

William Lewis, 61, of Turnpike Road, King’s Lynn, died at the scene following the crash at around 1.30pm near Red Lodge.

Cambridgeshire police have appealed for witnesses, dashcam footage or anyone who saw the vehicle in the moments leading up to the incident.

Anyone who witnessed the collision should contact the force via its web chat service, online forms or by calling 101, quoting incident 275 of 26 July.
