Louise Palmer-Masterton, owner of Cambridge plant-based restaurant business Stem & Glory, has won Hospitality Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2022 Food and Drink Heroes awards.
The national award, run by the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, recognised the UK’s best food and drink businesses across 14 separate categories.
Louise, a Cambridge Independent columnist, said: “We were in a category with some first class businesses, so we’re completely made up to have won.”
Stem & Glory has also just won its first Great Taste Golden Fork for its golden hummus.
