Man v Fat has been working with the Cambridge United Community Trust for the last four years, supporting hundreds of men to not only lose weight but to make changes to their wider wellbeing. Vicky Neal, wellbeing manager at the community trust, said: “We were keen to enrich all of our activities with a mental health element and this included our Man v Fat Football programme delivered on a Monday evening.”

The mental health provision offered by Cambridge United Community Trust comes in addition to the support in that area provided by the Man v Fat national programme, where more than 6,600 men now participate in the programme.

Man v Fat Football now runs more than 150 leagues across the UK and Australia. Visit manvfat.com or follow it on social media (facebook.com/manvfat, twitter.com/manvfat,instagram.com/manvfat).
