Man who died after A10 crash named as ‘loving husband and wonderful dad’ Nigel Goodwin, 52




The family of a man who died following a two-vehicle collision on the A10 at Waterbeach has described him as a “loving husband and wonderful dad”.

Nigel Goodwin, 52 who lived in Huntingdon Road, Lolworth, in South Cambridgeshire, died on Wednesday May 20 from his injuries.

It followed a collision between two heavy goods vehicles at about 10.30am on Thursday May 14.

Mr Goodwin’s family said: “He was a loving husband and a wonderful dad. He will be very sadly missed by everyone who knew him.”

Emergency services attended the scene of the accident and took Mr Goodwin to Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

Cambridgeshire police urged anyone who witnessed the vehicles prior to the collision, or who has dashcam footage, to call 101, quoting incident 93 of 14 May. Alternatively, you can report online at www.cambs.police.uk/report.
