New Dinky Door appears in Cambridge
A new Dinky Door has appeared in Cambridge and revealed a little known magical truth - books are actually grown by wizards, not written as authors would have you believe.
The latest fairy-sized door has manifested outside Cambridge University Press Bookshop on St Mary’s Street and has turned out to be a wizard’s potting shed called Mage’s Pages where the shop’s supplies are grown.
The door opens to reveal a stove to keep the place warm and rows of shelves filled with mysterious potions. Outside, keen eyed pedestrians can spot a variety of new books being grown in the garden around the potting shed. One looks a little feisty, so prying fingers need to be careful.
Dinky Doors said: “We are seeking the help of a book mage who can grow a book that will help our Supreme Leader find their way back to us and so we can get back to our mission to save the world. At the moment we believe the Supreme leader may be lost in time and space.”
