The incident occurred on the A14 westbound carriageway.

Police are appealing for witnesses following a five vehicle collision on the A14 westbound carriageway, close to Milton.

The incident happened on Friday, December 22, at around 6.20pm and involved a transit van, police car, blue Vauxhall Insignia, green Ford Fiesta and a Peugeot 307.

The police vehicle, which was stationary at the time, was being used to close an area of the road following a broken down vehicle.

One person, from the transit van, was taken to Hospital with minor injuries.

Anyone with information about the collision is being urged to contact Sgt Ian Wood or Sgt Nick Aston-Jones on 101, or report online via www.cambs.police.uk/report quoting incident 450 of 22 December.
