Rebels take top prize at Coleridge Community College annual quiz

Coleridge Community College has staged its annual quiz for Year 5 children.

This year was the third fun quiz for pupils from local primary schools – Morley Memorial, Ridgefield, Queen Edith and St Philips – on Thursday, June 6. Each school sent two teams of four pupils to take part.

Mark Patterson, headteacher, at Coleridge, said: “I am delighted that the pupils had so much fun today. And the quiz winners were the team called The Rebels from Morley Memorial. Well done to them. But well done to all of the pupils that took part. The event was about having fun, and we all had fun.”

The questions asked are general knowledge and the quiz lasts for about 10 rounds.
