Eaton is very selective at interview, making sure that they check references rigorously, undertake background and criminal record checks and provide on-going training encouraging personal and professional development.
All personal protective equipment (PPE), gloves, aprons are also provided by Eaton and there is also COVID-19 testing for staff prior to placement.
As a fully managed service, all Eaton home carers are employed by the company and are required to have, a minimum of 12-months’ live in care experience, undertake an enhanced DBS check annually and attend a minimum of three monthly supervisions, along with an annual appraisal.
A real-time digital care system supports each client to enable any family or relatives to monitor the care being received themselves via a family app. Live-in carers are required to complete detailed notes daily and are trained in identifying any change in needs of our clients.
