A section of the busway will be out of action for the weekend and a diversion will be put in place around the maintenance track.

Work to fix defects on the guided busway will take place this weekend, June 16-18.

Two sections of the tracks need to be lifted to allow bearings to be replaced on the track near to the River Great Ouse Bridge.

As space is limited it will be necessary to close the maintenance track while the work is taking place.

Works will start on Friday night after all the buses have finished running and should be complete by 5am on Monday morning. A diversion will be in place between St Ives and Swavesey with delays to be expected. During the diversion the Holywell Ferry Lakes stop will not be available.
