Rush-hour fracas in Milton Road, Cambridge, leaves driver in need of hospital treatment




A rush-hour confrontation in Cambridge left a man in need of hospital treatment and police have launched an appeal for witnesses.

The incident, involving a car driver in his 40s and a motorcyclist in his 20s, happened at about 5.45pm on Friday, September 8 near Cambridge Science Park in Milton Road.

The car driver was left with minor injuries that required treatment at Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

The motorcyclist did not require medical attention.

Detective Sergeant John Keerie said: “We are trying to find out exactly what happened in this incident, which left a man with injuries needing hospital treatment.

“It was rush hour at the time and I would like to hear from anyone who was in Milton Road and may have seen the incident or has dashcam footage.”
