The order, given at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court on October 5, follows his latest conviction for theft and theft from motor vehicle.

The court heard that between August 10 and September 17, Foot stole meat, cheese and cleaning products from Sainsbury’s in Sidney Street and Co-Op on Histon Road and broke into two vehicles parked in Thornton Way and Brandon Road, Girton.

He was sentenced to 36 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months, after pleading guilty to 10 counts of theft, two counts of theft from a motor vehicle and one count of fraud by false representation.

Sgt Dan Scott said: “Foot is a prolific criminal with a number of thefts against his name. We hope this order will provide some respite to businesses and any breaches of the CBO will be dealt with robustly.”
